Delete your Kettle account

1. Open Kettle and tap the person icon at the top of Today.
2. Choose Delete my account and data and read the confirmation.
3. Tap Delete account to confirm.

Your account is disabled straight away and your goals, answers and progress are removed. Stored files and your records with our providers are then removed automatically, normally within minutes; if a provider is temporarily unavailable, removal is retried until it is done. See the privacy policy for details.

To remove just one goal and its history, open the goal and choose Delete this goal.

Cancel a subscription

Open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Kettle and follow Apple's cancellation controls. Deleting the app or Kettle account does not cancel an App Store subscription.

Cannot sign in?

Use the account-recovery option available for your sign-in provider. If you still cannot access the account, email [email protected]. Never send your password or verification codes.
