Something went wrong in a Boil
Keep the goal and session in place and use the app's retry option. Avoid repeatedly creating a new session after a slow response. When contacting support, include the app version, iOS version, approximate time and a short description. Do not send passwords, verification codes, full documents or sensitive answers.
Subscriptions and refunds
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions to manage an Apple subscription. Use Restore purchases in Kettle when available for the Apple account that made the purchase. Request an Apple purchase refund through Apple's purchase support.
Focus and app access
Open Kettle's Focus controls to use Unlock for today or disable the commitment. You can also manage Kettle's Screen Time permission in iOS settings. An override is available independently of whether you finish a learning goal, and does not count as completing it.
Privacy and deletion
See how information is handled or how to delete an account. A purchase must be cancelled separately through Apple.
